Lark Galloway-Gilliam is the Executive Director for Community Health Councils, Inc., a nonprofit community based health advocacy organization. She has more than 20 years experience in the field of nonprofit management, community organizing, strategic planning, public policy and administration. Ms. Galloway-Gilliam has played an active role in the debate and policy development on issues such as health care coverage and financing for the uninsured, access to quality health care, consumer rights and the disparities in health between ethnic communities.
